Funk to Flow™ Coaching
Through confidential individual coaching, I help talented and successful people get out of their own way. People tend to get caught up in their daily lives, and when it comes time to figuring out the next steps or moving beyond current circumstances, they realize they may have drifted away from their passions and from whom they know they can be.

As a psychologist and coach, I have worked with hundreds of people in these situations. There are three main things that people do to get in their own way, and I've developed a system of practical and powerful strategies for people to get out of their own way. This groundbreaking methodology is fast acting and sustainable - you will not go back to your "old ways."

In one-on-one coaching, I customize the material to help you figure out the way that each of these steps operates in your life. Then we kiss these old ways goodbye and get busy creating your life of fulfillment and deep satisfaction.

From Funk to Flow…In Steps 1-2-3

Step #1 in the Funk to Flow Coaching Process:
You learn how your mind has been working against you instead of for you and how you have imposed on yourself an internal "pressure zone." I help you become aware of the extent that your thought processes are negative, pressuring, and unconstructive. I give you the tools to harness the power of your mind for feeling more focus, confidence, and command over your life than you have ever felt. I help you build an encouraging, appreciating, motivating inner voice so you become your best champion. After our first session, you start "putting out the vibe" for everyone to notice.

Step #2 in the Funk to Flow Coaching Process:
You become aware of behaviors you do on an everyday basis that put you in a vicious cycle that interferes with your effectiveness in achieving success and happiness for your life. Things about yourself that you could never quite figure out will become clear in a flash. You will go further than you ever have before to understand why you developed internal critical voices and limiting behaviors, and then you will release yourself from them FOREVER. You'll stop doing the things you beat yourself up for. You'll also regain hope that your life is as yet an unwritten book, full of unlimited possibility. Every person who has gone through this part of the Funk to Flow™ coaching experience has said that this was the "most powerful exercise" he or she has ever gone through in his or her life.

Step #3 in the Funk to Flow Coaching Process:
You become aware of the variety of ways that you are not "in your power" in your life and you will develop an unprecedented feeling of self-respect. For all the ways that you get reactive to your boss, your partner, your family members, you learn practical, in-the-moment strategies for responding with poise and command in stressful situations. And for all the ways that you are waiting and hoping that the answers to your next step will come "some day" and from "somebody else," you learn to "get busy" on your own. You will be given easy-to-apply exercises to act with more intention, have more fun and ease, and shed the limitations that have been keeping you from feeling authentic and powerful in your own life.

In short, the Funk to Flow process is a workout for your mind and a lesson in how to manage the everyday stresses of your life in order to make a life that is fulfilling for you. People develop tremendous awareness about themselves in this process.
