What is "Funk to Flow"?
You experience a "funk" when you know you need to make a next step in your life but can't decide what to do or how to get there. Or when you have lost your groove or you have a career or personal situation that you are not confident to bust out of. When you are in a "funk" in your life, almost everyday you'll experience what I call the small "f" funks - For example, when you didn't perform as well in the meeting as you would have liked, you end up beating yourself up for an hour. On any given day, you lose confidence, lose focus, waste time, feel guilty, feel fearful of next steps, and wonder what others think.
